Meet Your Therapist
Hey, y’all! This is a space where the Superman cape, the mask, the facade — all of it — can finally come off. That cape? It’s heavy. You don’t have to carry it here.
I especially want to invite those in the helping professions. Therapists, nurses, social workers, first responders — the ones who hold space for everyone else. Here, you are the one who gets to exhale and unload the invisible burdens that just keep piling up. To share the stories that are too dark, too weird, too heavy for dinner conversations — and to know you will never be judged.
As a former social worker, I’ve seen the full spectrum of humanity — the beautiful, the brutal, and everything in between. My dark sense of humor is more than a coping mechanism — it’s a load-bearing structure. If you get that, you're probably in the right place.
My approach leans existential — not in the abstract, philosophical sense, but in the deeply human one. Life brings us uncertainty, contradiction, and pain. Instead of trying to combat every intrusive “what if” or every cruel “only,” we work together to sit with complexity — to hold space for the “both/and.” For hope, even in hopeless-feeling places.
Each session is a chance for you to show up as you are — no pretending, no performing. You get to bring what feels heaviest, say it out loud, and let it be seen. We’ll explore tools, perspective shifts, and ways of being that help you carry things differently. My hope is that you’ll leave each time feeling lighter than when you came in — even if just by a little.

I’m Finn 🐾
I’m a 2-year-old golden retriever with absolutely no concept of personal space and unlimited love to give. I firmly believe that anyone who shows up is obviously here to see me — because, let’s be honest, you are.
Mom’s sessions are virtual, but don’t worry. I’ve mastered the art of making surprise cameos, breathing loudly just off-camera, and somehow getting dog hair through the screen. It’s a gift.
I take my job as emotional support fluff very seriously. You bring the big feelings. I’ll bring the tail wags. Bring cheese. Cheese always helps me feel better.
